The hotel's rooms are tired, with extreme wear and tear, definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star resort. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, with staff always waving to us and informing us of upcoming activities. However, there were concerning observations of potential looting by bar and wait staff. The location, although not a big deal for me, had some cracked sidewalks and other maintenance issues but beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was below par, improving slightly throughout the week but still in dire need of refurbishment, especially with repetitive and cold food.

I stayed at the hotel in-laws, and our rooms were changed to a bit better ones on higher floors with an ocean view right by the pool and grill. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of walking space. It was a comfortable and clean stay, with a great location and friendly staff. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and there were some minor issues with the surrounding area that needed attention.

The rooms were not bad, except for the blood stain on the shower curtains and mold all over the walls. The only good things all week were the good drinks and bartenders, can't forget the entertaining Hector who made us laugh. The rooms are dated but clean, which is a priority for me. However, they appeared tired with extreme wear and tear, definitely not what you would expect from a 4-star resort.

The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms, with housekeeping ensuring everything was in order daily. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location, although not perfect due to some walkway hazards, was convenient with a beautiful beach nearby. The dining experience, while needing refurbishment, offered a variety of cuisines. Overall, the facilities were good, but improvements could enhance the experience.

The hotel is centrally located on the ground floor, offering clean rooms with essential amenities like a working safe, warm water, and even a little companion, a petite lizard we affectionately named Larry. However, the room quality falls short of the website's portrayal. The service from the welcoming dancers who arranged our vintage Cadillacs to the Dolpinarium was excellent, though interactions with other staff were lacking. The location, while a bit of a walk from the resort, boasts splendid gardens and hospitable individuals like Carlos Parrialla. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and inconsistent, with only a few functional toilets during our stay.
